Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Within the United States
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (rate shown at checkout)
We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping We also ship to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging Every item is carefully packaged in a gift box, ready for gifting.
Shipping Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Damaged Items If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at victariel.jevelry@gmail.com. We will help with a replacement or refund.
