SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Each oyster contains a cultured pearl; pearl color, size and shape vary naturally and are a surprise. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted once payment is received and we confirm the order. If we cancel or change an order, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. You will be charged the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes or, for international orders, customs and import charges. SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Victariel is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make in our store is made directly with Victariel. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Victariel, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from Victariel.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information according to its own privacy policy.
